Shipping Policy
As some carrier services experience unexpected delays during shipping or slight delays in providing tracking details, we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Our priority is to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Shipping and Handling Times
Total delivery time = Handling time + Shipping time.
Handling time = the time between the date your order is placed and the date your package is shipped. This includes preparing your item, quality checking, and packing it for shipping.
Shipping time = the time it takes to get from the warehouse to the intended destination and deliver to your address.
For US locations:
Handling time (2-3) business days, Handling time: Monday through Saturday
Shipping time: 7-14 business days, Shipping time: Monday through Sunday
Note:
Pre-ordered and custom/handmade pieces may take longer to process (these details can be found on the product page and in the order confirmation email). You will pay when you place your order. When your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs laws, and other variables that are beyond your or our control. Please understand that we are not responsible for these circumstances.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $59.
For orders under $59, we charge $6.99.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We do not accept cancellations if the product has already been shipped.
Expedited Shipping Exceptions
We only offer expedited shipping in the continental United States via UPS. We are unable to expedited orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses may take an extra day or more to deliver. We are not responsible for delays caused by inclement weather or other issues with the postal carrier. Please note: Expedited shipping methods do not change the processing time for any pre-ordered or personalized items.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
All of our warehouse shipments are delivered duty-unpaid. Therefore, once the package reaches the destination country, all customs duties or import taxes are charged. If any, these charges must be paid by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer will be fully responsible for all return shipping charges, customs fees, and handling charges. Please note that due to customs regulations, boundless cannot declare purchases as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
